Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Policy

2. Cancellation Rights & Refund Eligibility

  • You may cancel your order free of charge provided it’s done before the kitchen begins preparing your food. Call us immediately at +91 70269 69696 to request cancellation.
  • No cancellations or refunds once preparation has started. If you cancel post-preparation, eligibility for a refund will be at our discretion .

3. Reported Issues: Damaged, Incorrect, or Spoiled Food

Should your order contain errors or compromised quality:

  • Notify us within 60 minutes of delivery—either by calling +91 70269 69696 or emailing brundavanabites@gmail.com, and please provide a photo.
  • We’ll evaluate and may offer a redelivery, replacement, or refund based on the specific issue.
  • Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 7 business days, though credit card refunds may take up to 30 days .

4. Refund Method

  • Refund timelines:

  • Physical returns aren’t possible for food orders. All claims must be reported via photo proof, as noted above.
  • Once delivery is confirmed and issues not raised per policy, we cannot accommodate further refunds.

6. Exceptions & Discretion

We reserve the right to offer store credit or discretionary refunds in unique cases (e.g., natural calamities, system errors). Such cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.


7. Consumer Protections

This policy is compliant with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and consumer protection standards. It does not limit your statutory rights under applicable law.


8. How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund:
